JWildfire at GitHub
Hello all,
I just released the current JWildfire trunk at GitHub. Unfortunately I had to create a new repository because the old (containing also all the wallpaper raw data) was too large (approx 1 GB), so all history data is “lost”.

JWildfire V0.15 released
JWildfire V0.15 got released – this time as JAR file. The previously released signed applets do not work satisfying and will be discontinued. Just download the JAR file and run it 🙂
Enjoy the new release – the upcoming release will have more new features (finished) 🙂

3d renderer quality
Because the quality of JWildfire’s 3d renderings at low resolutions is too poor and the renderer supports no shadows I decided to integrate one of the available free ray tracing packages into JWildfire. I guess this will need some time (currently I have no concrete candidate), so just stay tuned 🙂
